To keep prices low, we have a minimal inventory on hand. But we do have inventory so please ask before you leave us...we can ship same day for in stock items. Call

Your typical lead time between placing an order and the day we ship it is 5-7 business days. Ground shipping takes no more than 5 working days to reach you anywhere in the USA. Usually you will see your beautiful new lingerie within 10-12 business days of placing your order. We will notify you promptly if we expect any delays.
Depending on the size and weight of the package, it will either go First Class Mail (2-5 business days) or Priority Mail (2-3 business days). Transit time will depend on how far away you live from the Columbus, Ohio area.

We ship everything "No Signature Required." This is to save you the hassle of getting a tag on your door telling you to go to the post office and pick up your package. If you don't want the delivery driver to leave your package at your door, PLEASE say this in the comment section when you place an order. If we get a proof of delivery confirmation we consider that a completed transaction.
We are not responsible if someone runs off with your package! We will add a "Signature Required" at no extra charge but remember that means someone has to be home to get the package.
Packages are shipped discretely with no indication of the contents. The return address will say Shipping Dept.
Return Policy
All returns require a Return Authorization. Please call 877-710-5557 or email stephanie@bigsexylingerie.com before returning anything.
Packages received without Return Authorization will be refused.
We must receive your return within 30 calendar days after ship date in brand new condition. If your return is missing the original packaging, if the tags have been removed or if it looks or smells worn it will be sent back to you.
The best way to avoid the hassle of a return is to ask questions. Contact us for help with sizing, etc. All items have clickable size charts on the product page. Just look for the size chart link.
Most items are returnable, please see exceptions listed below:
Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any article of clothing that has a crotch, such as one-piece items (like a teddy), panties, pantyhose and mens underwear. (For corsets, babydolls, etc. that include a g-string we assume you are only trying on the main garment so this would not apply to those returns.)
You are responsible for getting your unwanted items back to us. Please include a copy of your original packing slip or any other information we may need to credit the proper account. Be sure to let us know if you would like an exchange or a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. We highly recommend using a method that provides a tracking number and insurance...we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Please be aware if your returned item is not in perfect resellable condition it will be sent back to you.
We reserve the right to close your account if (in our opinion) you have excessive returns.
