How is my online lingerie order delivered and why are your shipping prices so low?

We ship all online lingerie orders through the US Postal Service. This saves you a significant amount of money. Unlike most online retailers, we are sensitive to the needs of our clients and we refuse to make a profit on shipping.

Do you bill and package discreetly?

Yes. When you order online lingerie, you will be billed discreetly. The charge on your card will show up as SBD. And, your package will not have any identifying information on the outside. So, don’t worry, the words BigsSexyLingerie.com will not show up on your credit card statements or in your mailbox.

Are you a drop shipper?

No, we do not drop ship your orders. Don't you hate it when you order online and then receive your order at 3 different times from 3 different locations? Well, so do we! When you purchase more than one online lingerie item, you will not receive separate shipments. There’s no third party handling. All of your products are checked for quality, packaged and shipped directly from our lingerie shop. This also prevents items from getting lost or wrong items pulled for shipment. Yes, it may take a little longer to get your package, but our customers believe it is worth the wait.

What if I need to return an item? What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. We accept returns just as long as the lingerie items have not been worn. However, due to strict Federal Health Regulations, we do not accept returns on panties. All tags must be attached to the item. You must include a copy of your invoice with your return. In exchange for a return, we will issue credit to your original payment method.

How do I place a review on an online lingerie item I purchased?

Placing a review is easy. All you have to do is go to “My Account” page and it will display the item you purchased. Then click on the “Rate Product” icon beside the product name and place your online lingerie review.
